Nathan M. Peak

Nathan M. Peak was born in Manhattan, Kansas. He attended Drake University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations, cum laude, with University Honors, in 2002. Mr. Peak received his Juris Doctor degree in 2005 from the Washington College of Law, American University, in Washington, D.C. While in law school Mr. Peak was a Marshall-Brennan Fellow, which involved teaching constitutional law to 9th graders in the District of Columbia and was also a member of the Criminal Justice Clinic, where he represented indigent clients before the Maryland District and Circuit Courts. Mr. Peak practices primarily in the areas of Maryland workers' compensation, auto negligence, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Peak is a member of the bar for the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
