Allen J. Lowe

Allen J. Lowe, Esquire is a senior partner at Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP with over 30 years of experience specializing in work-related injury cases in the District of Columbia. A native of Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Lowe received his J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University in 1976 where he was a member of the Law Review and received his undergraduate degree in political science in 1973.

Mr. Lowe is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for District of Columbia and the Fourth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He maintains membership in the District of Columbia, Maryland and American Bar Association as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Lowe has been with Ashcraft & Gerel since 1977 and over the past three decades has served as a consultant to the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commisions (IAIABC); participated in television and radio panels focusing on workers' compensation law; and, is the author of published article with respect to general contractors' liablility and statury employers.
