Lawrence J. Pascal

Lawrence J. Pascal is a Senior Partner with Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP and was born in Brooklyn, New York. He attended St. Anselm’s College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and English in 1964. He received his Law Degree from George Washington University in 1967, Delta Theta Phi.

Mr. Pascal was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1967, the District of Columbia Bar in 1968, the Bar of the United States Supreme Court in 1971 and the New York State Bar in 1988. Mr. Pascal is a member of the Alexandria Bar Association, American Association for Justice, District of Columbia Bar Association, New York Office of Court Administration, The National Lawyers Association, The Virginia Bar Association, Virginia State Bar Administration, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group. He has in the past served as Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Pascal is the author of the book “Virginia Workers Compensation, Law and Practice,” originally published in 1988, which is now in its 4th Edition.  He is also a frequent speaker and lecturer for Continuing Legal Education and various seminars for the Virginia State Bar Association.

Mr. Pascal began his career with Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP in 1967 and concentrates his practice on workers’ compensation and personal injury cases.
