Michael C. Lind
Michael C. Lind was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He received his undergraduate education at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996, with a double major in Political Science and Economics. He attended law school at the University of Baltimore, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1999. After completing his legal education, Mr. Lind served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, Maryland. He was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in December, 1999. In 2000, Mr. Lind was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Lind is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore City Bar Association, the Maryland Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. Following two years of practice in the area of insurance defense litigation, Mr. Lind began his career representing injured individuals. He has since represented Plaintiffs in a wide variety of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, including motor vehicle accidents and other negligence cases against insurance, corporate and individual defendants. He has won a six figure arbitration award and many favorable out of court settlements on behalf of his clients. He has written the brief and delivered oral argument to the Court of Special Appeals of the State of Maryland, which affirmed a favorable jury verdict he obtained on behalf of a client in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
