Sidney Schupak was born in New York, New York. He attended City University of New York, Queens College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1988. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Washington College of Law of American University, cum laude, in 1991, Mr. Schupak was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1991, the District of Columbia Bar in 1993 and most recently to the Virginia Bar in 2011. Mr. Schupak is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association. He is co-author of the following published articles: “Liability for HIV Transmission” May, 1992 edition of Trial Magazine; “Causation in Transfusion Associated AIDS Cases”, May, 1993 edition of Trial Magazine.
