Attorney
Allie Ellmauer is an attorney in Richmond who will be joining the litigation team. A transplant from upstate New York, Allie holds degrees from Mary Baldwin College and University of Richmond School of Law. During law school, Allie served as Editor-in-Chief of the Public Interest Law Review and worked as an associate in the Children’s Defense Clinic.
After law school, she clerked for a year in Roanoke Circuit Court and thereafter has been working in civil litigation defending workers compensation cases for two years and medical malpractice cases for two years. In her prior experience, Allie was involved in every step of the litigation process including answering the initial complaint, conducting discovery, negotiating settlement, and arguing the case at trial. She has been recognized as Legal Elite in Virginia Business Magazine in the category of Young Lawyers in 2021 and 2022, and she was recently selected as a 2023 Super Lawyer.
Allie hopes that her extensive legal knowledge, strong communication, and fervent advocacy will alleviate the stress that our clients experience. She is very enthusiastic to join the firm and to start representing plaintiffs. In her free time, Allie enjoys long-distance running and is currently training for the Boston Marathon in April.
