Bio

Emily Fuller focuses solely on representing clients in personal injury matters-primarily workers’ compensation, car crashes, and premise liability cases.

Emily is a Maryland native.  She attended Stevenson University, where she majored in Paralegal Studies.  Emily began her journey in the legal field while working her way through college as a legal secretary and paralegal.  Prior to law school, Emily worked in both the private and public sectors.  Emily’s driving force in the pursuit of law degree was to become a voice for the vulnerable. During law school, she testified multiple times in front of the state legislature for child welfare reform.  Emily was awarded a fellowship through Open Society Institute for her work in the child welfare system.

After finishing law school, she joined a prominent Baltimore City law firm representing injured workers and victims of negligence.  Emily went on to work for a national law firm representing clients in car crashes and premise liability cases. During that time, she gained extensive experience representing her clients against insurance companies.  Emily prides herself on the ability to connect with her clients and provide aggressive representation.  Emily has litigated cases throughout the Maryland and obtained favorable outcomes for her clients.

Emily has always been a believer that everyone should be provided with quality representation regardless of their ability to pay.  Emily handles all her cases on a contingency basis, which means clients do not have to worry about paying attorney fees until she wins the case.
