About

Faith Deredge is a dedicated advocate for individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own. As an Associate in the firm’s general negligence practice, Faith brings a strong record of success and a deep commitment to securing justice for her clients. Before joining Ashcraft & Gerel, Faith began her legal career working for a solo practitioner, where she gained extensive experience representing clients in personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and business matters. She has litigated numerous cases throughout Maryland and achieved favorable results for clients in complex and high-stakes situations.

Faith earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice & Criminology and Sociology from the University of Maryland, College Park and her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While at Temple, she was a dynamic leaderm and advocate in the law school community—serving as Vice President of the Black Law Students Association, Staff Editor of the Temple Law Political and Civil Rights Society, and Practice Points Editor for the American Bar Association Litigation Section’s Minority Trial Committee. Her dedication and excellence earned her multiple honors, including the Carl Singley Scholarship, the Horn-Tucker Scholarship, and the Temple Law BLSA Scholarship, along with recognition from the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation and the Women Lawyers Division of the National Bar Association.

Faith’s previous legal experience includes positions with the Philadelphia City Council, the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, and the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office—each of which strengthened her ability to analyze cases strategically, advocate effectively, and deliver justice for those who need it most. Whether she’s negotiating settlements or preparing a case for trial, Faith is known for her relentless advocacy, compassion for her clients, and commitment to achieving results that make a lasting difference in their lives.
