Shane H. Hursh is an attorney who primarily works on complex, mass tort litigation involving toxic exposure and products liability. Shane is passionate about fighting to obtain justice for those who have had their lives altered due to exposure to carcinogens and other harmful substances.
Law School
Shane graduated cum laude from Charleston School of Law with Presidential Honors, over 300 hours of pro bono service, and induction into Charleston’s historic Forensics Club. At Charleston Law, he served as Student Bar Association President and was recipient of the Keith J. Williams Award. As a law student, Shane had the honor of having his arguments included in submissions to the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina (D.S.C.) in a case involving the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA). Nationally, he served as the 4th Circuit Representative and Executive Secretary of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) National Law Student Division Board, and as a Law Student Delegate to the American Bar Association (ABA) Law Student Division Assembly.
