El acuerdo, sujeto a ciertas condiciones, no tiene l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo y proporcionar\u00e1 un m\u00ednimo de $5.5 mil millones en compensaci\u00f3n para los aproximadamente 70,000 demandantes en el MDL y los procedimientos relacionados en tribunales estatales. El car\u00e1cter sin l\u00edmite del acuerdo garantiza que todos los reclamantes elegibles recibir\u00e1n una compensaci\u00f3n completa, independientemente del n\u00famero de reclamos.
