Avery Adcock is an associate trial attorney at Ashcraft & Gerel, where she dedicates her practice to representing defenseless individuals and their families in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, and negligence and abuse claims in nursing homes, assisted living homes, and independent living facilities.
Ms. Adcock understands that, for many families, their first encounter with the complex litigation system occurs at the same time they are dealing with devastating injury or loss. With this in mind, she works tirelessly to guide her clients through this process and ensure that even the largest and most powerful corporations and individuals are held accountable.
While in law school, Ms. Adcock participated in moot court competitions across the country, inspiring her to pursue a career in litigation. Additionally, Ms. Adcock served as an Honor Court Justice, Community Service Executive Board Representative and participated in the Volunteer Lawyers Program.
Outside the Courtroom
In her free time, Ms. Adcock enjoys traveling, running, watching Alabama football, and exploring the D.C. area with her dog, Hemingway.
