Randolph Brickey is an associate trial attorney with experience throughout the Virginia court system. He works primarily on matters of worker’s compensation, and, negligence, and personal injury.
While in law school, Randolph was honored for the University of Minnesota’s Jessup Moot Court Team, as well as his clerkships and academic achievements in the area of criminal law. He began his legal career with the Virginia Beach Public Defender’s Adult Felony Division, where he cut his teeth with numerous trial and court appearances.
Since leaving the Public Defender, Randolph has spent years working extensively through the courts of Virginia, appearing on both civil and criminal case. Throughout his career, Randolph has always represented individuals and small businesses, helping to even the playing field against larger and wealthier opponents.
