Dominick Callela, formerly from Scranton, Pennsylvania, is a part of the mass torts practice section of Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Business Management, Dominick moved to Charleston, SC to begin his legal career. During law school, he clerked for a large, class-action, and complex litigation firm in Charleston, SC. There, Dominick contributed to working on various cases including pharmaceutical, asbestos, medical malpractice, environmental, and construction defect claims. This experience contributed to him wanting to continue handling mass tort litigation.
In 2022, Dominick graduated from Charleston School of Law. After graduation, he became an associate at Ashcraft & Gerel and focus on claims under the Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022. This has allowed him to fight for and provide relief for service members and their families suffering from exposure to toxic chemicals while stationed at Camp Lejeune.
